Cleaning job fulfilled dying wish
On behalf of SouthernCare, (a hospice service new to the Flint area) I would like to extend a very sincere thank you to Brenda, Sara and Malina from Before & After Cleaning Service, for their assistance in filling a patient's dying wish to have her apartment cleaned. The girls donated their services free of charge and did an amazing job cleaning and organizing our patient's apartment.
So often in our rush to just get things done, we miss opportunities to do something really incredible in life. I am so happy for our patient (and for the girls from Before & After) that this was not a missed opportunity. Their selfless act of compassion has made a huge difference in our patient's comfort, and has most certainly earned Brenda, Sara and Malina a pair of angel wings.
