We have a wonderful staff of dedicated people who work very hard cleaning in all types of situations. Each person on our staff has been through a long process, which has been partially described at the bottom of this page, and is ready and willing to provide to you the very best service available. We are very proud of each one who has earned the right to be a member of our staff!
Each staff member is issued an identification badge that includes their photo over their name.The identification badges must accompany each staff member to every job that they are assigned to.

Process For Hiring New Staff Members
Screening • Evaluation • Tryout • Training • Assigning
As you well know adding quality persons to any staff can be a challenge.We recruit new staff using a process that we have developed over many years.
We have created an application along with a questionnaire consisting of 43 questions that all applicants complete. We use these to discern if an applicant is compatible with our organization. We do a background check and obtain a detailed work history. Looking at applicant’s former places of employment helps to determine a person’s experience, dependability and longevity. When this initial step is complete, we choose those who we feel should be interviewed.
When a person has been singled out, based on the interview, and they have accepted the job offer, we then have a one day tryout. If the results of the tryout are favorable our work has just begun. All our efforts up to this point increase the chance that we have made the right choice, but only working along side someone will prove if this new person is right for our organization.
We then pair this new staff member with our supervisors for a number of weeks until we are confident that they are truly suitable and familiar with the assignments they will be given. Only then will a new staff member be permanently assigned to a task.
